Our Healthy Bodies

This week we have been looking at our wonderful bodies and how to keep them healthy!  First, we looked at our body parts (both inside and out) and especially enjoyed investigating how food moves through our body.

We then thought about how to keep our bodies healthy through a balanced diet, exercise, oral health and mindfulness.
