Yes we do eat plants!
In Science we have been learning about plants, and in today’s lesson we thought about the different parts of the plants that we eat.
At first we said there is no way that we would ever eat a root or a stem, but we learnt a lot as we went through the lesson. We eat leaves, seeds, stems, roots and flowers.
We were even allowed to eat the fruit and vegetables after, it’s safe to say we don’t like celery!
